The Sales team is amazing and the Service staff are very nice however the quality of work is awful. My buying experience was great and they really worked with me and made the car buying experience fun. Over the course of the two years I've owned my Jeep, it has been in the shop quite a few times. I understand "things" happen but it's the little things that go wrong- or that were completed "half-assed" are reasons for my frustration. The oil reminder tag is never removed (or the goo the sticker leaves), oil meter isn't reset, the interior and exterior of the Jeep is dirty and often looks worse than when it came in and twice they forgot I even had appointment. I understand we all have bad days etc. but the poor qualityof service seems to be consistent. I'm a home town girl that fully supports the local business's but this continues to be disappointment.

Took my car for oil change originally. Engine light came on. Diagnostic was done. Light went off. Three days later engine light was on again. I want to thank Eric for the immediate response I was given when I called about the light coming on. I took the car back in and problem solved. Again thank you Eric and Rick for taking care of it with n/c.
Horrible mechanics lazy they tried passing our jeep rear subframe as just surface rust when there were holes as big as my fist never will i buy a dodge from here or have service done here again
